1. Make application for affiliation with Emirates Motorsports Organization
2. Understand that if Emirates Motorsports Organization accepts your application it will grant to the
Organizer / Club all the benefits, advantages, privileges and and access to services associated with the ‘Sporting’ type of
Motorsport Organizer/Club License of Emirates Motorsports Organization affords them.
3. Acknowledge that as a condition of acceptance of this application that this Organizer / Club/Organizer
undertakes to be bound
by the Emirates Motorsports Organization National Sporting Code (NSC)
together with all other regulations and instructions issued on behalf of Emirates Motorsports Organization.
4. Understand that any breach of such requirements may render the Organizer / Club liable to loss of affiliation as well as other
penalties as provided for by EMSO, NSC or any other remedy available to Emirates Motorsports Organization
5. Undertake the prescribed methods (as stated in the EMSO, NSC) in which to obtain relevant access to Emirates Motorsport
Organization’s insurance program or provide proof of insurance through their own insurance provider.
6. Understand that any breach may render invalid insurance indemnity for any event in question
7. Duly authorize one of the person specified as the Organizer / Club’s to be the nominated
representative of the Organizer / Club at Emirates Motorsports Organization annual Organizer/Club meetings.
8. Accept that this application for affiliation is subject to the approval of Emirates Motorsports Organization. Should
the Organizer / Club’s application for affiliation with Emirates Motorsports Organization be rejected, Emirates Motorsports Organization
is not obliged to give reasons for rejecting the Organizer / Club’s application for affiliation.
9. All licensed Club/Organizers will be required to use only EMSO licensed officials for EMSO sanctioned events.
