Online Applications for Entrant, Competitor, Instructor Licences and to upgrade existing valid licences

Applying for a Licence :

To apply for licence , Kindly Visit  https://licence.emso.ae/ and log in or sign up if you do not have an account.

The system allows you to apply for all types of licences, including:

• Driver / Rider
• Entrant / Competitor
• Instructor
• Organizer
• E-Racing

Preparation

Please prepare the following documents before starting your application:

• Valid passport , Emirates ID copies
• School letter (if under 18 years old)
• Parent confirmation letter (if under 18 years old)
• Medical test report for all international licences
• FIA E-Learning certificate for first-time International Auto Licence applications
• Anti-doping online certificate (mandatory for first-time international licence applications or depending on requirements)

First-Time Karting Licence Applications

The following are mandatory for first-time karting licence applications:

• ARKS assessment test from one of the following circuits: (Dubai Kartdrome ,Yas Marina Circuit ,Al Ain Raceway ,Al Forsan)
• FIA E-Learning Course: “Good Sportsmanship for Junior Drivers” using branch code: DRIVER-SRG

First-Time Auto Circuit Licence Applications

An assessment test is mandatory for first-time applicants at: (Dubai Autodrome or Yas Marina Circuit )
